Removed `@Configuration` and its unused import in 4d60e4d4f18ebfc989dad707b9d9f78baf530f86. The fixture remains explicitly registered with `AnnotationConfigApplicationContext`, so its bean methods use lite configuration without being picked up by application component scanning. On the current head, 87cd39a, the [backend build](https://github.com/apache/hertzbeat/actions/runs/36717178095/job/109898584813) passes the full startup suite: 95 tests, including the PostgreSQL regression, with no failures, errors or skips. The PostgreSQL test itself ran once and passed. CI is still red: [backend-maven-e2e](https://github.com/apache/hertzbeat/actions/runs/36717178095/job/109898583446) fails `AesUtilTest.testDefaultKeyCompatibility` at line 122 (633 tests, one failure).
