since github actions might run multiple tests concurrently, i doubt those tests in ReferenceConfigTest，ServiceConfigTest，DubboBootstrapTest，MultipleRegistryCenterServiceDiscoveryRegistryIntegrationTest could be ran simultaneously as they export the same dubbo port. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
