- the use of deprecated `go.opentelemetry.io/otel/exporters/jaeger` if just
for compatibility now, no need to remove it, and pixiu have support the use of
`go.opentelemetry.io/otel/exporters/otlp/otlptrace/otlptracegrpc`
- update otel related dependency
- update jhump/protoreflect related dependency
