The website does not provide an option to unsubscribe.
But according to the E-Mail header "List-Unsubscribe" you can also send
an e-mail with the subject "unsubscribe" to nginx-requ...@nginx.org
The full header is as follows:

<mailto:nginx-requ...@nginx.org?subject=unsubscribe>
