Yes. However you will not be able to use our pre-built cross-compiling toolchain, which is built for AMD64 Linux. Which means you'll have to build your own. And on an ARM that's going to take a while. Sadly our build process is optimised to use the fastest cheapest hardware available; we've never considered that anybody would be developing from anything else. B.
