RO4.39 r12147 and RO6.20 r12243, but I've now upgraded both machines to r12436 (downloaded via Firefox). Oddly enouogh, the problem has now gone away, not, I think, because of the NetSurf upgrade, because previously wget was affected but that, too, now downloads as expected.
