Maybe you're a business customer?  For domestic customers it should
be zero effort - and you have firm grounds for complaint and redress
if it isn't.

The relationship between banks and customers isn't like it used to
be a generation ago.  Banks owe customers just enough allegiance
to keep them as customers.  Their proper legal allegiance is to
their shareholders.  As we know, they also serve themselves as well
as they can get away with.

The best way to get good service from them is for lots of us to
walk if they aren't trying hard enough.
