Surely the correct problem. Yes, the page displays then gets overwritten.

How come, if the domain name is illegal, it has been accepted for
registration? I did a whois on it.

Ironically, this is the domain name being used for contact on
http://www.rivercottage.net/Page~58/Jobs.aspx

the odd mailto: address made me curious!

they sure as hell do need someone to do things properly! 
Both are microsoft server based.
