Ebay has a wap site. It was a comment by someone about using the wap 
service because it was faster than the normal site that led me to 
suggest this.

It may be awful, but not as bad as trying to use sites like normal 
ebay on a mobile. (And also a low spec risc os system)

I guess it needs someone with a wap only phone to tell us whether 
there is access on it to many sites that netsurf is locked out of due 
to javascript and plug-in requirements.

I saved the wap ebay page and netsurf had a fair try at displaying it 
once I changed the file type.
