Quantum Essex RC1 packages for Fedora 16 and 17 are now available for testing. Unofficial Essex packages for Fedora 16 are available from a preview repository. Configure yum to use the preview repository by putting http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/apevec/openstack-preview/fedora-openstack-preview.repo in the /etc/yum.repos.d directory. Preview RPMs can also be downloaded from http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/apevec/openstack-preview/. This same repository also often provides OpenStack package updates for Fedora 17 before they become available from updates-testing, which sometimes takes a while due to development cycle freezes. Please be sure to test using openstack-quantum-2012.1-0.6.rc1 or newer, and the most recent RC1 versions of other OpenStack components. Guidance on installing and configuring Quantum and its plugins and integrating with Nova is available at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Quantum. Instructions from the recent Fedora OpenStack test day at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2012-03-08_OpenStack_Test_Day may also be helpful. -Bob -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~netstack Post to : netstack@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~netstack More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
