Hi team,

As I mentioned at the meeting today, the last BP for essex-2 was taking
most of the content from the README and either moving it to online docs or
removing it if it duplicated existing doc content.

Review is available here: https://review.openstack.org/#change,2316

By online docs, I mean one of the following:

Quantum Administrator Guide
 http://docs.openstack.org/incubation/openstack-network/admin/content/

 Quantum API Reference:

http://docs.openstack.org/incubation/openstack-network/developer/quantum-api-1.0/content/

The start of some developer documentation is available at:
 http://wiki.openstack.org/QuantumDevelopment

Tomorrow I'll be sending out an updated version of the Quantum Admin Guide
for essex-2 for feedback.

In addition to the Admin Guide, the wiki developer docs could use a lot of
love... right now its in the "better than nothing" stage. I've been trying
to fill this out as I hear questions about developing Quantum plugins from
new participants.

Having good documentation is REALLY important to building the base of users
+ developers that will ultimately drive the success of this project, so I'm
hoping more folks can help pitch in moving forward.

Thanks,

Dan
