Oopps.. that's not what I meant to convey :) We're not going to collapse them into a single one -- we're just going to change the setup.py that is currently in the tree to be a real setup.py so that the normal commands work (i.e. bdist_egg, etc). For now this will bring in all of Quantum which is unfortunate but at least consistent with the way it was done in diablo. I just don't want horizon to be broken because of changes we're making in the tree. The setup_*.py will still be there though so if you want to build individual packages it will be possible.
Also, once the client is broken out into a separate repository, horizon will be able to point at that instead.
