On our network (100BaseT) of 6-odd G3s & 3 G4s, a P233/32MB/60GB running Debian
Linux is a very fast netatalk server over TCP/IP.
All our clients connect TCP/IP by default (e.g., on my G4, AppleShare client
v.3.8.6)
We also have an intranet/file server running netatalk (TCP/IP clients) under
LinuxPPC 1999 on a Power Mac 8500 /150.
In your presentation, I would not hesitate to sell a Linux/netatalk solution on
the basis of speed and reliability .
