Can I please get a review of this problem listing change which adds `java/net/httpclient/ConnectTimeoutTest` and `java/nio/channels/AsyncCloseAndInterrupt.java` tests to the problem list for macos 27?
As noted in https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8393427, the underlying failure is due to an unexplained change in macos 27 for which a couple of bugs have been filed in Apple's bug tracker.
