For JDI connectors (SocketTransportService.java) there are 2 separate connector arguments: "localAddress" and "port". For JDWP agent (socketTransport.c) arguments are provided as a single command line argument: java -agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=<address>:<port> MyApp
