I think most everyone agrees with this.  However, getting experience with 
dual-stack is better than no experience with IPv6 at all.

This doesn't mean that dual-stack should be rolled out everywhere; just that 
doing so may in fact make sense in some situations, and will often result in 
folks getting some operational experience with IPv6 vs. none at all until some 
time in the distant future.
