Yup. I've had this problem with Google for two years now. "We're Google. We know better than you. We're not interested in discussion. And no, you can't have access to the ISP portal you silly little person" ...... is the summary of my experience.
And all this is despite my network peering with Google over a major IXP. They *STILL* can't get the right geolocation despite having a direct peering session with us over the exchange !
