This sounds like a bug in urlview (or possibly w3m). Probably best to try to isolate the problem (figure out, for problem URLs, what they have in common; and determine exactly which piece of software is failing to parse them) and report it to the relevant bug-tracker. -- A: When it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
