Hello! I have just installed mutt-1.7.2 in a Debian 4.9.13-1kali2 x86_64 GNU/Linux.
I have chosen vim 8.0 as text editor and msmtp 1.6.6 as SMTP client. Everything is running in a GNU bash versión 4.4.11, and locale LANG=es_ES.UTF-8. Well, my problem is that when reading on the main screen or a received mail some characters are not correctly displayed. Specifically Spanish characters like accent marks. Even the thread lines in the main screen are shown like this: M-b~T~LM-b~T~@>. Could you please lend my a hand with the correct configuration? Thanks a lot.
