That's actually off topic here, because gcc is complaining about the use of `long long' in the FreeBSD header file /usr/include/stdlib.h, not about anything in mutt. However, does mutt not build successfully? If it doesn't, there must be other error messages -- _this_ warning is harmless and you can simply ignore it.
