Hi all! I have a little problem displaying the Euro symbol (among some others) in mutt. It always ends up in "\200" instead of the Euro symbol. I use XTerm as my terminal. Maybe that's of interest for someone.
Mails in which the Euro symbol is displayed wrong were sent with Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit ... mostly by MS Outlook. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything on the list that would help me fix this issue. I use mutt 1.3.28i on a clean MDK 8.2 install with all updates applied. I appologize in case this has been discussed before. So, is the problem to be solved by my mutt configuration or is it an XTerm thing? Thanks for any input. Marc
