I don't wanna start any MTA wars, but I tend to agree that sendmail is a little overkill for the problem. You could take a look at nullmailer for example, http://untroubled.org/nullmailer/ - the advantage of usin nullmailer or sendmail is that mail gets queued should there be a problem with the ISP's smtp server. -Johan -- Johan Almqvist http://www.almqvist.net/johan/qmail/
