it's :
If (date written=a_monday) then quote with "D'al ..."
Else quote with "D'ar ..."

In brezhoneg language, you must write "d'al lun" (on monday) but "d'ar
meurzh" (on tuesday), "d'ar yaou" (on thursday), etc...
