Don't use envelope_from but set sendmail directly.
AFAIK envelope_from does nothing but invokes sendmail with parameter
-f <From:-Header>
By setting sendmail directly you can call it with the -f paramater
set freely, i.e. to your real email adress. This is independent from
the setting of From:
