ok, got it now.  yes, this would ask for a patch.

by the way - whenever there's new mail in $MAIL
then suddenly cycling does through the list
of "mailboxes" does not work anymore... :-/
what's the logic behind this, anyway?

PS: But, dammit, Pat, put your name into the
 From: line so an attribution makes sense!
