In pager, when I press the d key on a collapsed thread, it only
deletes the first message of that thread. So when I want to delete
the full thread, I always have to press ^D.

How can I have the d key delete the full thread,
if (and only if) the indicator is on a collapsed one?

I tried
macro index d '^D' "expunge thread"
but this deleted any mails in uncollapsed threads, too.
So what I need, might be some kind of if-clause.

Err, yes, I still use mutt 1.2.5i . Does anybody know,
if that's been fixed with the current release?
