retrieving IMAP mail

I signed up for a myrealbox.com account and can access my new account
from a browser without a problem (it wants cookie access).

But when I try from mutt I get the following errors:

        mutt -f imap://myid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
                No authenticators available
                
also,
        mutt -f imap://imap.myrealbox.com
                No authenticators available
                

I don't understand??
