You miss the point; it shouldn't have any effect at all. And by "shouldn't" I mean "doesn't", unless I'm completely missing something. You get headers included when you forward regardless of the setting of $header. How many you get depends on the settings of $weed, $forward_decode, and 'ignore' commands.
