No, this would be the job of your MDA.  For most people that is
procmail.  But as someone so tactfully pointed out to me, there are
alternatives which you may find more user friendly; Maildrop for
instance.

There are several options to be set.  Take a look at section 2.5 of the
mutt manual.  Online it's at:

Pay particular attention to the mime_forward , forward_decode , and the
mime_forward_decode variables.
