Hi What would you suggest to store very big mailfolders i.e. all my mail from one month. maildir and mbox seems to be equal slow in both, grepping, and loading (indexing) in mutt. Cool would probably be maildir (easy use with standard unix tools) with a kind of index file that automatically recognise additions and removals of maildir files.
Anybody implemented such an idea or does anybody have a better idea? bye, -christian-
