Very very clever. I've never used those commands before, especially
not in combination. Never occured to me, I just assumed there would be
some configuration command which did the same thing as 'l' does. I bet
you can do all sorts of clever stuff with push in combination with
folder-hooks. I replaced the . with "!", since it only appears in the
spool. Like the * at the end, didn't know about that either. Nice
finishing touch.
