Kinda ugly, but should work:
macro index G '<enter-command>set pop_host=host1 pop_pass=pw1 pop_user1\
<enter><fetch-mail><enter-command>set pop_host=host2 ...'
You get the idea. Set the variables for account1 poll server1, setup
account2 poll server2...
