I think what you mean is that you want bounced messages to go to one
address, whereas "proper" replies should go to a different address. I
presume this is so that you can sort bounced mails from other mails?
Bounced mails always use the address in $envelope_from, see the
message on this list with the subject "receiving bounced mails (was
"Re: Mutt issues with Solaris 8")".
So, I suppose you could set this, and then set a reply-to address that
is different, this will be ignored by bounces, but should be picked up
by most mailers.
Another alternative to sort out bounced mails would be to use
procmail, but that's another story.
