This is exactly what I have as well. The only thing I restarted was
mutt, so I don't think you should have to restart Enlightenment. If F1
brings up a menu in Eterm, try checking the appropriate MAIN and
Eterm.menu files for bindings to \e[11~. These bindings would catch the
F1 before mutt saw it (I think).
