F flag(false positive)

[Osamu Aoki]

Suppose someone send mail from account "debian" from "localhost"
and I recieve it here in account "debian" on "localhost", it
showup as if it came from myself in my Mutt.

Is there any good way to avoid this?

Any suggestion?
