Finally, there is no bug, just a typo in the manual.

       ~t USER         messages addressed to USER

It should be

       ~t USER         messages addressed to: USER

Otherwise, it is really ambiguous, in particular when one has somewhere
else:

       g       group-reply     reply to all recipients

(though only the author of the replied message is placed in the "To:"
field.)

BTW, concerning

       ~C EXPR         message is either to: or cc: EXPR

why is it EXPR, and not USER? Is there something different?
