"rebuild" termcap or terminfo?

(I didn't notice much that RH did with the termcap; most of their changes
have been in the X resources).

...but problems with OCRNL aren't related to terminfo/termcap.  (I'd look
in other places - perhaps mutt's not resetting the terminal modes properly).
