Jan -
The problem is your term-type; Redhat has changed the details of their
terminfo entries lately; for instance, changing from RH6.0 to RH6.2
caused Mutt to stop displaying some things correctly (e.g., ACS thread
tree display). The only real solution is to work-over the terminfo
entries (note: sigh. When I rebuild the termcap db I get compilation
errors on several of the *unmodified* entries. Luckily I don't use any
of those entries). Until I changed my term type I did indeed get
unbound macro problems. You may just be able to change your termtype
(esp, to xterm-xfree86), however you will get problems when rlogging
to other systems which do not have an xterm-xfree86 termcap/info
entry - that's why I suggest modifying the terminfo db (xterm is just an
alias for one of several possible xterm-like term defs).
Now what RH is trying to accomplish with these terminfo entry changes
Idon't know; presumably it makes something else works better, but if so,
nothing that I have noticed,
