Well, like Ben suggested, it's probably better done with a mail
filtering program (such as procmail / maildrop).

You could try something like this, though:

  folder-hook . "<delete-pattern>~f address-to-match<enter>"

This will delete (but not purge) all emails sent by the matching address
when you enter any folder.

The latest version of procmail supports Maildir too.
