Try changing the "L" in your index_format to "F", e.g. change

set index_format="%4C %Z %[!%d%m%y] %-17.17L (%3l) %s

to 

set index_format="%4C %Z %[!%d%m%y] %-17.17F (%3l) %s

in your ~/.muttrc file.
