folder-hook ... From: and set reverse_name

It appears that folder-hooks override $reverse_name.
That is, if I have

folder-hook Pop/Iname my_hdr From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
set reverse_name

and I am in the Pop/Iname folder replying to
a message addressed to '[EMAIL PROTECTED]',
the outgoing message will be From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Is that as intended? Makes sense, but I didn't see
anything explicitly about it in the FM.
