Don't be afraid of it. If you can move your way around in vi, you'll
find many of the message-selection commands mapped the same way and be
off to a running start.

Just start mutt and go; you can even point mutt at your same mailbox at
work (assuming it's either mbox, MMDF, MH, or maildir format), read and
play away, and then e'x'it and abandon your changes so that XFMail never
knows mutt was there.
