How is it named?  lbdbq uses the following files:

$HOME/.lbdbrc 
$HOME/.lbdb/lbdbrc
$HOME/.lbdb/rc

I don't see, why lbdbq should ignore them.  Maybe the lines in this
files are commented out or in some syntax which isn't /bin/sh
compatible?
