This did'nt work for me. I now use 'set from=' and 'set
reverse_name=yes' and send-hooks (but *no* 'set envelope_from=yes'
because I did this in sendmail.mc).

When I used the 'my_hdr From:' command 'set reverse_name=yes' did'nt
do anything.
