Eterm comes with a basic one, look at the --theme option.
The one in those screenshots is at
http://jblosser.firinn.org/pub/config/mutt/mutt.menu (I think?), but it's
not current for Eterm 0.9 (or even Mutt 1.2, really), largely because I
don't use it myself.
