Eterm menus

Hi,

On www.mutt.org i noticed a nice menu bar at the top of
the Eterm window designed for mutt.

How do i make (or steal:)) that?

Also if i have that how do i get rid of the default 
  q:Quit  d:Del  u:Undel  s:Save  m:Mail  r:Reply  g:Group  ?:Help
at the top of my current window?
