I just rebuilt mutt with slang, apparently 10202 (see attached), and I
think that the same refresh problem is *not* there. My colors, however,
are atrocious and it's hard to tell what's good and what's bad.
Could someone give me the 3-second SLANG color tour, please? I don't use
colors except for a single mono highlighting hook, and my terminal is
black (0,0,0) on a light grey (223,223,223).
