Well, I think I don't. All other things work great.

It looks like mutt doesn't call the refresh screen function after
calling gpg.

I'm using Linux too. Normally on the text console ($TERM=linux), but
I've also tried rxvt, Eterm and xterm. Unfortunately there is no
difference.
Maybe I'll look at the source and try to find what's wrong.
