It doesn't affect your from address, it affects 'local' addresses you mail
to. ie, if you send a mail to 'foo' (as opposed to [EMAIL PROTECTED],
[EMAIL PROTECTED], etc.), and $use_domain is set, the address becomes foo@(value
of $hostname).
