The new folder format depends on the $mbox_type setting.

Mutt understand 4 mail folder formats: mbox (the "normail" unix mail
folder format), Maildir, MMDF and MH.  The folder format is
automatically recognised when you try to open any folder.  If you
can't open a folder (Mutt says it isn't a folder...) then that means
that the folder isn't in one of the four recognised formats, or there
is something wrong with it if it's supposed to be.

The required OS was Windows 95 or better, so I installed Linux.
